This document is a substantial working draft for AURETH Network. It should be reviewed and adapted by a qualified attorney before it is used as a final legal agreement, submitted for platform approval, or relied on for a particular jurisdiction.
1. Agreement and scope
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the public AURETH Network website, related pages, public content, communications, and any AURETH feature that links to these terms. By visiting or using an applicable page, you agree to follow these terms and the applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable service.
These terms apply to the public corporate site and do not automatically replace a separate written agreement for employment, contractor work, licensing, Store purchases, distribution, sponsorship, or another commercial relationship. A future service may have additional terms that control for that service.
2. What AURETH provides
AURETH Network is a media and technology operation developing a connected production workflow for research-driven video and related media. The network includes distinct editorial channels, a private Studio environment used to develop and operate production workflows, and public information about future Store and platform initiatives.
Public pages are informational. They may describe work in progress, future capabilities, planned channels, experimental systems, or intended directions. A description of a future capability is not a promise that the capability will launch, remain available, or operate exactly as described. AURETH Enigma currently has a live YouTube channel; other channel identities may remain in development.
3. Eligibility and responsibility
You may use the public site only if you can lawfully enter into these terms in your location. If you use the site for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. You are responsible for your device, internet connection, account security, and compliance with the rules of any third-party platform you use to access AURETH content.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the public site to learn about AURETH, view public information and content, follow links to public channels, and communicate with us for legitimate purposes. You may not interfere with the site or its infrastructure; probe, scan, or test systems without permission; bypass authentication or access controls; upload malicious code; impersonate AURETH or another person; harvest personal information; send spam; infringe rights; submit unlawful, threatening, hateful, abusive, deceptive, or private material; or use the site to violate another service’s terms.
We may limit, suspend, or refuse access when we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect people, systems, content, platform accounts, or the integrity of the operation. We may preserve relevant information and cooperate with lawful requests when appropriate.
5. Questions, ideas, feedback, and other submissions
AURETH welcomes network-wide questions, story leads, corrections, feedback, collaboration ideas, technology observations, and other communications. A submission may be routed to the AURETH editorial channel, Studio, Store, licensing, or another appropriate network initiative. It is not automatically an Enigma submission.
You remain responsible for what you send. You represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate law, confidentiality obligations, privacy rights, intellectual-property rights, or another person’s rights. Do not send trade secrets, passwords, OAuth tokens, payment information, confidential client information, or material that you do not want AURETH to receive.
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, you should not expect confidentiality, payment, attribution, publication, or a response. To the extent permitted by law, you grant AURETH a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, adapt, analyze, publish, display, and distribute the ideas and non-confidential material you submit for operating, evaluating, improving, or communicating about the AURETH Network. This does not transfer ownership of your underlying copyright in a submission, and it does not authorize us to disregard a valid privacy or confidentiality obligation that applies independently.
6. AURETH content and intellectual property
The AURETH name, logos, channel identities, website design, original copy, original videos, production materials, software, workflows, and other materials created or licensed by AURETH are owned by AURETH Network or the applicable rights holder. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable permission to access and view public content for personal, non-commercial informational use.
You may link to a public AURETH page in a fair and accurate way. You may not copy a substantial portion of the site, reproduce or alter logos, remove ownership notices, frame or mirror the site, train a competing service on restricted materials, resell content, or imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or ownership without written permission. Third-party footage, music, images, archives, fonts, platforms, and other materials remain subject to their own licenses and restrictions.
Feedback and corrections
If you identify a factual, accessibility, rights, or safety concern in AURETH content, contact us with enough detail for review. A report does not guarantee removal, correction, or a particular editorial response, but we take credible reports seriously.
7. YouTube, social platforms, and authorized connections
AURETH may publish or interact with content on YouTube and other platforms. Your use of those platforms remains governed by their own terms, policies, and privacy notices. AURETH does not control third-party availability, recommendations, comments, moderation systems, analytics, or policy decisions.
The private Studio may use official authorization systems to connect platform accounts for tasks such as reading comments, responding to comments, managing video metadata, publishing, or viewing analytics. You are responsible for the account and permissions you authorize. AURETH may suspend or disconnect an integration for safety, policy compliance, maintenance, or account protection. No platform connection should be treated as a guarantee that a video will publish or that a comment will receive a response.
8. Future Store, licensing, and platform programs
AURETH may develop a Store offering physical goods, prints, objects, or channel-related editions. It may also explore licensing or providing access to parts of its production workflow for other creators or teams. These are development directions, not current promises of availability, pricing, fulfillment, support, or licensing rights.
When a Store or licensing program becomes operational, it should have additional terms addressing ordering, payment, delivery, returns, taxes, intellectual-property permissions, service levels, support, and termination. Nothing on this informational site creates a purchase obligation, license grant, partnership, investment opportunity, or commercial commitment.
9. Availability and changes
AURETH may change, pause, discontinue, or restrict any public page, content, channel link, integration, or feature. We work to maintain a reliable site but do not promise uninterrupted, secure, current, or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider outages, network problems, security events, and development work may affect availability.
We may update these terms as the operation changes. The effective date will identify the current version. If a change is material, we should provide notice appropriate to the circumstances. Continued use after an update becomes effective means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
10. Educational content and disclaimers
AURETH content is intended for general informational, educational, and entertainment purposes. It is not legal, medical, financial, tax, engineering, safety, or other professional advice. Research-driven media may simplify complex subjects, contain mistakes, reflect evolving evidence, or present an editorial point of view. Verify information that matters to your situation with a qualified professional or primary source.
To the extent permitted by law, the site and public content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that the content is complete, accurate, suitable for a particular purpose, or free from harmful components. Some jurisdictions do not allow all disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AURETH Network and its owners, operators, contributors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from or related to use of the site, public content, submissions, third-party platforms, or unavailable features. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount permitted by applicable law.
You agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or costs arising from your unlawful use of the site, your violation of these terms, your infringement of another person’s rights, or your submission of material that you were not entitled to submit, to the extent allowed by law.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the public site at any time. AURETH may suspend or terminate access, remove content, disconnect integrations, or end a feature when reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, platform compliance, operational reasons, or protection of rights. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including ownership, submissions, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute-related terms—will continue after access ends.
13. Governing law and disputes
The governing law, venue, dispute process, and mandatory consumer protections for a final version of these terms must be completed after the responsible legal entity and operating jurisdiction are confirmed. Nothing in these terms is intended to waive a right that cannot lawfully be waived. A qualified attorney should finalize this section before these terms are relied upon for business operations.
14. Contact
For questions about these terms, content concerns, privacy matters, accessibility issues, or general information about AURETH, use the AURETH contact page. Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, payment information, or other credentials through ordinary email.
