Working draft — attorney review recommended.

This document is a substantial working draft for AURETH Network. It should be reviewed and adapted by a qualified attorney before it is used as a final legal notice, submitted for platform approval, or relied on for a particular jurisdiction.

1. Scope and who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to the public AURETH Network website at aurethnetwork.com, related public pages and subdomains that link to this policy, and communications you send to AURETH Network. It also describes, at a high level, the categories of information that may be processed in connection with the private AURETH Studio production environment and connected platform accounts.

AURETH Network is developing a media and technology operation that creates research-driven video through a connected production workflow. The network includes multiple editorial channels, including AURETH Enigma, which currently has a live YouTube presence. Other channels may remain in development. “AURETH,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean AURETH Network and the relevant operating entity responsible for the page or service you are using.

2. Information we receive

We try to collect only information that is reasonably necessary for a stated purpose. The exact information depends on how you interact with AURETH.

Information you send directly

If you contact us, submit a question or story lead, report an issue, ask about privacy or data deletion, discuss a collaboration, or inquire about future Studio licensing, you may provide your name, email address, message, attachments, and any other information you choose to include. Please do not send passwords, OAuth refresh tokens, payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, or other sensitive credentials through ordinary email or public forms.

Information collected automatically

When you visit a public page, the hosting and security systems may receive ordinary technical information such as your IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, requested URL, referring page, date and time, response status, and basic performance or security logs. This information may be processed by hosting, content-delivery, DNS, certificate, monitoring, or security providers.

Information from connected platforms

The private Studio may connect to platforms such as YouTube or, in the future, other publishing or analytics services through their official authorization systems. If you authorize a connection, AURETH may receive account identifiers, channel information, permission scopes, comments, video metadata, analytics, or other data made available by that platform and the permissions you approve. We do not obtain your platform password through OAuth. The connected platform may process information under its own privacy policy and terms.

Information from public interactions

If you comment on an AURETH video, interact with a public channel, or mention AURETH on a platform, that information may be visible to us and to the public through the platform. AURETH may review public comments to respond, moderate, identify repeated viewer questions, and evaluate possible editorial topics. Public platform activity remains subject to the platform’s own controls and policies.

3. How we use information

Depending on the context, we may use information to operate and secure the public website; respond to messages and privacy requests; understand how pages perform; maintain records of communications; moderate or respond to viewer feedback; research audience questions; develop, test, and improve the AURETH production workflow; administer authorized publishing and analytics connections; investigate misuse, security events, or technical failures; comply with legal obligations; and protect the rights, safety, and property of AURETH, our users, and third parties.

We may use a submitted question, idea, or story lead as editorial input. A submission does not mean that we will publish it, identify the submitter, or use it in a particular channel. We may route an idea to the AURETH editorial world that best fits it rather than treating every idea as an Enigma submission.

4. Artificial intelligence, automation, and human review

AURETH is developing a supervised production system that may use software and third-party services for research assistance, structured drafting, narration, visual planning, asset generation, rendering, quality checks, and analytics. Information supplied to these systems should be limited to what is necessary for the task. We do not intend for visitors to submit confidential personal information for automated processing.

Automated tools may help organize or evaluate material, but they do not create a promise that a topic will be selected, a comment will receive a particular response, or a generated output will be published. During development, AURETH may use human review, operational logs, and corrective checks to evaluate output quality and safety.

5. When information may be shared

We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, operate, monitor, communicate through, or improve AURETH services. These providers should receive only the information needed for their assigned function and may be subject to contractual or technical restrictions.

We may share information when you ask us to do so, when necessary to operate an authorized connection to a platform, to comply with law or a valid legal process, to investigate abuse or security incidents, or to protect rights and safety. If AURETH is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable safeguards.

We do not sell personal information as a central business purpose. We do not use this public homepage to request payment information. Any future Store or licensing service may publish additional notices describing its specific collection, payment, fulfillment, account, or contract practices before those services become operational.

6. Cookies, analytics, and external content

Pages may use necessary browser storage, cookies, server logs, or similar technologies to keep the site secure, remember basic preferences, measure performance, or understand whether links and pages function. The current public site is intentionally limited and may not use a full advertising or behavioral-tracking program. If that changes, this policy should be updated before the new practice begins.

Pages may link to or embed content hosted by YouTube, a future Store, or other third parties. Those services may set their own cookies or collect information when you interact with them. Leaving the AURETH site means the third party’s policies and terms may apply.

7. Retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain security and business records, to resolve disputes, to comply with law, or to enforce agreements. Retention periods may differ for public comments, production logs, authorization records, communications, and deletion requests. When information is no longer needed, we may delete it, anonymize it, or securely isolate it where deletion is not immediately practical.

You may request deletion of information associated with your communication or authorized connection by using the data-deletion page or contacting us. Deletion may not remove information that is public on a third-party platform, required for legal records, necessary to protect security, or preserved in a backup until its normal expiration.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live and the circumstances of the request, you may have rights to ask what personal information we hold, request correction or deletion, object to or limit certain processing, withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, or receive information about how a request was handled. We will review requests in good faith and may need to verify identity and authority before acting. Applicable law may provide exceptions or permit us to deny a request in some circumstances.

You can also control information through the platform where you interacted with AURETH, unsubscribe from a voluntary email communication, avoid sending unnecessary personal information, or disable optional browser storage through your browser settings. These choices may affect how some features work.

9. Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information and the risks of the activity. These measures may include access controls, encrypted token storage, restricted administrative access, logging, backups, and operational review. No internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure.

AURETH and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we intend to use appropriate safeguards for cross-border processing. The exact locations and legal mechanisms may change as the operation develops and should be confirmed in a final jurisdiction-specific policy.

10. Children

The public AURETH site is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law, and we do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review the situation and take appropriate action.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the site, Studio, connected platforms, Store, licensing program, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of the page will indicate when the current version was published. Material changes should be described in a manner appropriate to the significance of the change.

12. Contact and requests

For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, security concerns, or questions about this policy, use the AURETH contact page. Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, payment information, or other credentials by email.
