How to request deletion

Send a request through the contact page with the subject “Data deletion.” Include the email address or platform account identifier associated with your request and describe the data you want removed. Do not include passwords, access tokens, or other secrets.

What we will do

We will verify the request, identify the relevant records, and delete or anonymize personal information unless we must retain limited records for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Deleting connected-platform data does not revoke the platform authorization itself, so revoke AURETH from your Google or TikTok account settings as well.

Connected platform data

When a YouTube or TikTok connection is disconnected, AURETH can remove its stored authorization material and stop using the connection. Public comments and published content may remain on the platform under that platform’s own controls.

Response

We will acknowledge the request and communicate any verification or limitation. The final business contact address will be published here before platform app submission.
